Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. Her most well-known role is as anchorwoman on CNN's morning program At This Hour. Her previous roles included cohost of the CNN morning programs on weekdays, New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan took part in CNN's award-winning coverage of the presidential election 2012 and the 2016 presidential election. She also worked in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan is part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on legislative cycles and congress activities, including talks to increase the federal loan limit and the Super Committee deliberations. She also served as a general assignment reporter covering topics like that of the Christmas Day terrorist attack of 2009, the Supreme court's decision concerning Obamacare and the 2009 implementation of the stimulus program.
