Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. Then she received her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career at age 16, when she gave up her gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years, setting goals for herself. In 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, she became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while when she earned her Professional card so that she could earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. One way to achieve this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10--12 reps are completed.
