Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw aka Elizabeth Alice MacGraw was an American actress, activist for animals and author who won several Awards. Ali MacGraw is known for films such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. Her family was an artist family in New York and wanted to pursue a career in artistic fields. While working as assistant to photographers then she turned her attention to acting and modeling. MacGraw was awarded her Golden Globe Award, for the most promising debutant. MacGraw's 1970 film Love Story proved a major success and earned her international notoriety, as well as several awards including an Academy Award' nomination and an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe award. In just three films, she became the top female box office star across the globe. In 1972, her foot-prints as well as autograph was inscribed on the wall at Grauman's Chinese Theater. Her other credits are The Getaway Convoy Players, the miniseries on TV The Winds of War and other. Her autobiography Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw has been married three times.
